Any reasoned observer must now conclude that the President of the United States is in favor of Russia prevailing in its “special operation” against Ukraine. The benefits of the diesel “deal” and abandonment of energy sanctions clearly flow to Russia. Were satellites intentionally throttled back with no regard for civilian life and safety in coordination with a devastating Russian attack? Hopefully a reconfigured Congress will find out.
